Owner and Principal Engineer
Dave earned his B.S. in Mechanical Engineering in 1982 from Purdue University and had two years of post graduate study in Environmental Engineering at the Colorado School of Mines. He has over 50 years of experience in the design and construction of HVAC, Plumbing, Geothermal, Solar, and Electrical systems.
Dave is P.E. licensed and insured in over 27 states. He is the CEO and majority stockholder in the commercial mechanical contracting business and CEO and sole owner of the engineering consulting business.

Jeff Perkey, PE
CEO
Jeff earned his B.S. in Mechanical Engineering in 2015 from Trine University and has seven years experience in the design of mechanical systems.
He is proficient in AutoCAD, project management, and mechanical and plumbing systems design.
Jeff is a member of ASHRAE (American Society of Heating, Refrigeration, and Air Conditioning Engineers) and is licensed in seven states.
Mark Jackson
Electrical Engineering Manager
Mark earned his B.S. in Electrical Engineering Technology from Purdue University in 1993 and has 30 years experience in the design of electrical systems, including 10 years in electrical contracting.
He is proficient in AutoCAD, BIM software (Revit), photometrics calculations, fault calculation analysis, project management, fire alarm, and electrical systems design.
Mark is a member of IESNA (Illumination Engineering Society, North America) and BICSI (Organization of Telecommunication Designers).
Ivan Pearson
Mechanical/Electrical Designer and Detailer
Ivan earned his A.S. CAD Technology Degree at ITT Technical Institute in 1994 and an A.S. in Mechanical Drafting Design and CAD at Lincoln Technical Institute in 1994.
He has 27 years experience as mechanical designer and 26 years as a plumbing designer.
Ivan is proficient in AutoCAD, with 9 years in Revit modelling for mechanical and plumbing designs.
Donald Johnson
Mechanical/Electrical Designer and Detailer
Donald earned a B.S in Construction Management from Indiana State University.
He is proficient in mechanical and electrical system design and detailing in both AutoCAD and Revit.
Kyle Cover
Mechanical/Electrical Designer and Detailer
Kyle earned his B.S. in Architecture from Ball State University 2015 and has four years of experience in architectural design and drafting with one year of experience mechanical, electrical, and plumbing drafting.
He is proficient in AutoCAD and Revit.
Jason Brooks
Mechanical/Electrical Designer and Detailer
Jason is a 2013 graduate of Ben Davis High School with 22 years of experience in HVAC fabrication, design, and mechanical drafting.
He is proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and shop management.
Morgan Bye
Accounting/Executive Assistant
Morgan earned her bachelor's in business management in 2014 from Indiana Wesleyan University and an accounting certification from Indiana Tech in 2022.
With over 10 years of experience in the HVAC, plumbing, and electrical industries, Morgan combines financial expertise with technical know-how; recently expanding her skill set with training in AutoCAD drafting and design in order to contribute to multiple areas of the company.
